Some error messages in Field Work Center only include code that does not state the specific piece of information causing the error (i.e. during Sync to Back Office or Uploading). It requires submitting a ticket and waiting for support to contact you to go into the server to find this information. Not everyone has log in access to the server and those individuals are not always available. Include the pertinent details (phase code, job number, craft/class code...etc.) in the error message so that it can be addressed immediately.
